Can I cancel or change the date of my booking?
Once you have paid for the tickets they cannot be cancelled or changed for another date.
What if the show is cancelled?
Should a performance be cancelled for any reason, we will refund clients full tickets cost minus the delivery charges.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?
It is recommended to arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to the performance.
What are Stalls and Dress Circle?
Stalls is short for Orchestra Stalls and is the 'ground floor' of the Auditorium. Dress Circle is the circle above the Stalls. Upper Circle is the circle above the Dress Circle. Balcony is the circle above the Upper Circle and is the cheapest in the theatre.
Are theatres open 7 days a week and on Bank Holidays?
Most are open Monday - Saturdays, but closed on Sunday except for a few shows. All main West End theatres remain open as usual during Christmas and New Year. They will only close on Christmas Day itself. However, many theatres may have an earlier start time on Christmas Eve. The rest of the time the theatres are open normally. In fact many have extra matinee performances. Most Theatres operate normally on all other Bank Holidays.
Is there a dress code when I go to the theatre?
There is no dress code for most theatres, however we would advise that customers dress smart-casual
Can I take photographs of the show?
Sorry, no video cameras, still cameras or recording devices are allowed to be used in any theatres.
What's the best way of travelling around London? Where can I park?
We always recommend travelling by public transport in and around London. Car parking in the capital can be very expensive. The best way to travel is by bus or tube. The London Underground is easy to follow and will connect you to all places of interest. London's Theatreland is a relatively small area and most theatres are within a short walking distance of each other.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Theatre Tickets Direct's website?

Do the theatres have wheelchair access? Do they have induction loops for the hard of hearing? Most London theatres offer facilities for the disabled. Please check our venue description pages for latest information. However, for wheelchair access tickets you will need to contact the theatre directly to make your booking, as there are only a small number of such facilities at each venue.
Can my child/baby attend the theatre? Will the show be suitable for children?
All London theatres state that no babies in arms may be allowed to attend. This is to ensure that all customers enjoy the show. Young children are admitted only if they are over 3 years but are not encouraged to attend unless the parent is confident the child will not distract other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants. No refunds can be made in such circumstances. If there is a minimum age requirement it will normally be stated on the show description page
Do you offer child/student discounts?
Sadly, there are no reductions for children or students.
Can I order tickets from overseas?
Yes. We accept orders from every country. We will collect payment from you in British pounds (GBP). Tickets can also be mailed overseas for an additonal cost or left for collection at the box office.
